KINDER WIE DIE ZEIT VERGEHT:::::

How it all began...

Kids, how time flies! What began in 1982 as a small guesthouse has steadily grown, first into a 3-star holiday hotel. Then, after our wedding in 1986, we continued building our own winery – our second source of income and our professional passion. In 1992, we expanded our operations, and in the coming years, we plan to prepare the business for handover to the next generation.

By changing the concept at the main building "ALTES LANDHAUS" to offer wellness holidays in holiday apartments and expanding the farm shop with a wine boutique, we have responded to the family and business development, but also to the enormous staff shortage in the hospitality industry.

Many special encounters, stories, and delightful guests, as well as people who make history – such as Siegfried Lenz and Countess Marion von Dönhoff – have been welcomed and met at the Alte Landhaus over the years. Wonderful and dedicated staff, trainees, and interns have supported us throughout these times and shared our vision of warm hospitality.

To you, as to all our loyal guests, we say "thank you" and hope that our health will allow us to keep pace with the speed of these times, even in our advanced age.

We kindly ask our holiday apartment guests to understand that parking in the courtyard will not be possible on either of the anniversary days. During this time, you are welcome to park your car in the outdoor area or in the nearby parking lot. Your terrace and garden areas will be available for your exclusive use again from Tuesday onwards.
